Everything recently renovated, our own electricity from the roof, heat from our stove, a cellar for bicycles and a seating area outside at the edge of the forest with charcoal grill and fire bowl make our house unique! Everything is beautifully located in the valley, Eberbach and Heidelberg are within easy reach. For hiking ( Neckarsteig) and cycling (Bikeländ Eberbach) a great starting point! The Sinsheim thermal baths and bathing world are also not far away!

We offer a separate guest apartment with bedroom, private kitchen, dining room, shower and toilet in our house. The S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 450 m away. From here you can quickly reach the Sinsheim Technology Museum, the Badewelt and the Pro-Zero Arena. Heidelberg is 44 km and Mannheim 54 km away. 300 m from us is a Nah und Gut, where you can quickly buy something. Our house is located at the end of the village on the Elsenz and is very quiet. Parking in front of the front door.

On two floors, two bedrooms are a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. Towels) and a living room. From the living room in the pointed floor and one of the bedrooms, you can look out into the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) ripples directly past the house.

The "Weinstüble Trefz" is a charming and cozy cottage for 1 to 4 persons. It has a double bedroom as well as a living room with two sofa beds. A kitchen and balcony are attached directly to the living area on the first floor. The bathroom is located at the ground floor.
