Lovely holiday home in holiday center Skagen Strand, in the middle of the dunes and close to the beach, the house is 72 m2 and the holiday center offers a string of activities. There is a lovely water park, sauna, steam room and slide. Outdoor ; tennis courts, mini golf, beach volleyball table tennis, petanque, mooncar, etc. There is a sports hall with the option to play badmington, soccer handball and gym

The home is high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the delicious swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and beach, which you can reach on a fresh walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside resort of Lønstrup to get the day's shopping done. It also has a lovely selection of restaurants and boutiques.

Viewing house with good amenities

The house is centrally located in Aalborg with cycling distance to everything. From the house there are views of most of the city, so you can sit in the lounge on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a table tennis table, foosball, basketball, and exercise room, so there is ample opportunity for entertainment. On the 1st floor there is a hot tub in the bathroom. Also from here there are nice views. There is a small chicken farm in the backyard, so you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast :)

Breakfast is included, we offer a traditional Danish breakfast buffé during high season (from easter week until week 42) and during the rest of the year, breakfast (or takeaway) is served at Rådhusbageren which is close to Toftegården.

Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

Stor ældre charmerende bolig i 3 etager. I gå afstand fra købmand, pizzaria og højene skole med legeplads og fodboldbaner. Der er både hundeskov, hundemark, skov og sø i gåafstand. Cirka 3 km til det store Dana cup område. Her er husdyr tilladt. Stranden er cirka 15 min fra boligen i bil. Der er trampolin og spil i haven. Der er lidt træningsudstyr i kælderen som må benyttes på eget ansvar.

As a family, it is child-friendly, close to the beach and exploring its bunkers. Løkkenhallen with the best swimming pool is a couple of hundred meters from here. Løkken is also very popular for wave and kite surfers.
