Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!
