Monthly Rentals in Snug Cove

Wildwood cabins was a lovely and private getaway. Reg was super responsive to all of our questions and has maintained a space that is a beautiful retreat. It’s perfectly dog-friendly (on leash) and within a short drive of everything you’d like to do on the weekend. A couple of notes: I’d recommend bringing your own ground coffee for the MOKA pot (what is provided runs out quick), and only a few groceries for breakfast/lunch due to the small fridge. Otherwise, you’ll have everything you need on site. Enjoy your island stay!

Firstly, Bowen Island is one of the most idyllic places I have visited. It only felt right to enjoy a stay in a cute garden cabin. It was exactly as described. Catherine was super helpful and the cabin was cute. The shared bathroom in the main home is clean with hand towels etc provided. The cabin is a short walk (15 mins) to Snug Cove, so if you are having a drink in the local pub you can wander back. Highly recommend!

This was our second visit and we were so glad we returned! Terry and Adele have many years of experience in the hospitality business and it sure shows. In addition to being impeccably clean, the dwelling is surrounded by lovely flower arrangements inside and out and very pleasing art. It is tastefully decorated with colorful touches which lend to a cheery, fun atmosphere. The breakfasts Adele prepares are remarkably good and they are artfully designed as well, with tiny floral arrangements on the side. They include fresh fruit and come with a choice of several options, all fresh and home made. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is a lovely bay across the way with lots of wildlife and a trail down the street that leads to a lovely little lake. Quiet, safe, central to everything and very peaceful place to be.

The place fit two couples perfectly. We spent each morning sipping coffee on the Adirondack chairs in the yard and our days exploring everything Bowen Island has to offer. I highly recommend Shana's suite!
