Das Apartment ALPINE HOME befindet sich in einem Landhaus, 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum des Dorfs Kirchberg in Tirol entfernt, in einem Seitenweg in der Nähe des Gaisbergs. Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. Unweit gibt es bereits kleinere Lokale und Restaurants von tirolerisch, über italienisch bis hin zum Steakhouse. Im Dorfzentrum finden Sie Unterhaltung in Cafés, Bars oder traditionellen Wirtshäusern. The golf course, which opened in 2013, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. 10 other golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders. From April to November, you can check in any day.

The property is located in the center of the market municipality of Hopfgarten. The gondola lift can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the central parking lot, the Brixental Cathedral and the Berglift train station are also very close. Around the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.

House Krunegg

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
