The 95-square-metre house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).
