Located a 5/10-minute walk from the city center, shops, Lake Soustons, the ELeclerc center, and a 15-minute drive from the beaches. I am looking for respectful tenants who care about the well-being of the house in order to preserve this warm space and the cocoon in which I live the rest of the year.
