Located a 5/10-minute walk from the city center, shops, Lake Soustons, the ELeclerc center, and a 15-minute drive from the beaches. I am looking for respectful tenants who care about the well-being of the house in order to preserve this warm space and the cocoon in which I live the rest of the year.

Relax in this quiet and cozy studio located above our house in Soustons, equipped with all modern comforts. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting.

The accommodation is ideally located to enjoy a peaceful stay in Soustons, surrounded by nature, 3 minutes from the city center, the pond and 15 minutes from the ocean. With an area of 65 square meters, it faces south and is very pleasant to stay in, you immediately feel at home :) Outside, its green spaces, its garden furniture without overlooking neighbors and its home gym for athletes complete its assets.
