Logement exposé Sud Sud/Ouest, avec une grande terrasse en bois, sans vis à vis et indépendant de la maison principale. Idéal pour un couple, pouvant aussi accueillir un jeune enfant. Come and rest 200m from the ocean. House on two floors with jacuzzi, barbecue, plancha, ping pong and outdoor shower opposite a surf spot and free tennis courts. Video projector and chimney. There IS A BASEMENT APARTMENT THAT IS OCCUPIED but its entry IS independent. Close to market, golf, aquaparc, skate park and restaurants on foot or by bike. Baby kit available.
