The house is developed on two floors with an attic floor, surrounded by woods, lands and olive trees, consisting of a large masonry kitchen in a unique environment with dining room and, living room with wood fireplace, 3 bedrooms including an attic, 2 bathrooms, large covered veranda overlooking the garden and several parking spaces, equipped with a comfortable outdoor barbecue for excellent barbecues.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A frame mountain houses are located in the heart of the Vojnik mountain on the rim of the Komarnica river canyon. The houses have a large children's playground with swings, a tree house, an adventure bridge, an artificial rock, obstacles and a large trampoline. There are also benches and tables so that parents can enjoy their drink while watching over their children. The house has a barbecue and sets for cooking and preparing fish.

Entire chalet between city, sea and countryside.

In the cosy, independent chalet, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the relaxation and tranquillity of a serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the centre of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, great restaurants and a large park with facilities nearby, a few metres away from a sports centre with a swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 pm.

"Casetta" a stone's throw from the sea!

My accommodation is less than 1km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava on the island, Citara where there is also the Poseidon thermal park, Chiaia. 100 meters away is a kiosk with a descent to the sea for breakfast lunch and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, shops, supermarkets, fish market,bar,pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!
