Questa e tutte le nostre suites e residenze, differenti per dimensioni e caratteristiche, sono arredate con amore ed equipaggiate in modo da offrirvi il massimo comfort e, soprattutto, in modo da farvi sentire come a casa vostra, perché crediamo fermamente che "casa" non sia un luogo, ma un "sentimento"!

On a residential street, with free access by car (no-ZTL, free parking), it is a corner of privacy, thanks to the independent entrance and garden. You will stay in a serene environment, with the convenience of being close to the city's amenities. The accommodation is located near a sports center that could generate noise until 11:00 p.m.

Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.) in surface. Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

Regarding very small separate room, apartment is perfect for two adults or family with two children or young people who don`t mind sleeping on bunk bed .

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, just want to add that we do our best to take all necessary safety measures so that our guests can feel safe.
