Villa SOAVE is a beautiful newly built villa located on one of the many olive groves of Città Sant'Angelo. It is divided into 4 independent units, 2 on the first floor called Nido delle Rondini and Suite dei Monti, 2 on the ground floor called Rifugio degli Ulivi and Alba Marina. The Madonna della Pace district, where the villa is located, is 5 minutes from the entrance to the Pescara Nord highway and close to characteristic local towns such as Penne, Abbateggio, Caramanico Terme, Atri and Città Sant'Angelo.

Aeolian house perched on a volcanic cathedral of Lipari Sud, and surrounded by greenery. Breathtaking view of the village (castle and port), Panarea and Stromboli and wild islets. Breakfast and local food included in the price. This is the last house of Monte Gallina (volcanic dome of Southern Lipari) sorrounded by green (Mediterranean maquis and gardens). Breath-taking view on the old city of Lipari, Panarea&Stromboli, wild islands and Italian coast. Breakfast, self-made food, drinking water included.

House is located in beautiful bay with sandy beach called Lovrečina. It can accommodate 2 people on double bed and 2 extra in the gallery. Use of electrical appliances depends on solar energy 12 volts and there is inverter to 220 volts. Warm water is located in the outside shower, in a tank which is heated by the sun and toilet is inside the house. In front of the house there is parking and spacious terrace with gorgeous view of the sea and all Brač canal. Pets are allowed and extra charged.

Collina Casanoja is a charming Apulian Masseria, in Valle d'Itria, it enjoys a strategic position between two seas in the heart of Puglia, a 15-minute walk from the beautiful village of Noci. The renovated building was an old farmhouse with ten trulli and a large lamia. However, the modern restyling has maintained a historic, charming and relaxed atmosphere. The Trulli house the large bedrooms with bathroom and shower and doors to the garden. All rooms have king size beds.

The accommodation is situated in the middle of a homestead and adjacent to a historic villa, surrounded by the green of olive groves, vineyards and orchards. Equipped with wide spaces, parking your car for free on-site is possible. Rooms are double, triple and quadruple and each offers: wifi, a minibar, a hairdryer, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The breakfast is included, with fresh and local food. Then you can use the BBQ, the bikes and the products of our garden.

Etna apartment, ideal for 2/3 guests, is on the first floor of "Finestra sul mare". It has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, TV, A/C, and safe. Its highlight is the private terrace, perfect for breakfast or dinner with sea view. The closable veranda allows enjoying the panorama even on cooler days. Free internal parking is available; the B&B hosts up to 12 people. A private vehicle is recommended.
