The cottage is set amongst 11,000m sq of olive, fruit, and pine trees 200 meters away from the main road which provides a more personal and intimate vacation experience due to the privacy, spacious outdoor and living areas with a fully equipped kitchen. A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

A great destination for any time of the year, here you can always enjoy the mild and sunny climate of southern Italy.

Immersed in the Taormina countryside, a 10-minute drive from the Historic Center and a 5-minute drive from the sea, the house is equipped with a beautiful shared saltwater pool (open from April 1 to October 31) and a half hectare of fully usable land. It consists of dining room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and large and panoramic private terrace overlooking the Alcantara Valley and Etna.

Cottage Donna Pina, Otranto center

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
