Holiday home rentals in South Italy

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

We spent six nights at CasaRosetta and had a really great time. Luisa welcomed us with her husband Gioacchino, making us feel immediately at ease. For the house, trust the photos, it's just like that: bright, clean and equipped with everything you need. The enchanting terrace will probably be the place where you will spend most of your time. The location is ideal to reach all the places "to see" by car in this part of Sicily. Thanks again Luisa!

Pardo was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

Very spacious accommodation, beach is just across the road and there is an outdoor shower to wash on your return, Some beach toys (Parasol, inflatable mattresses, recliners and beach towels etc) were provided. Marcello was very helpful in recommending great places to go, boat trips, historic sights etc. This is a very traditional Italian speaking area, not everyone speaks English so It's a good opportunity to learn some Italian. People are very friendly and helpful everywhere we went. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is 2 mirror image apartments joined together, you have 2 kitchens. The roof terrace is huge, with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, sitting area and plenty or chairs, recliners and hammocks. the roof terrace has a great sea and mountain view, great for sunset. The beach is a beautiful long sandy beach, not crowded.

A beautiful country house nestled in the hills and vineyards. Perfect for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. We rented it as two families to stay together and visit the Royal Palace of Caserta. Definitely also very convenient for those who want to visit the Christmas markets of Limatola Castle. Andrea was a very patient, collaborative and friendly host. I highly recommend it!

The house is managed by a very helpful family. Emanuela and Claudio live in the house next door and offer breakfast in their garden, but in the house you enjoy privacy and feel at home. The house is very comfortable, spacious and practical. Great for relaxing getaways. 5 min drive to Monte Cofano

Eva and Bruno are very welcoming and always available. The accommodation was spotless, very spacious and the view!!! even better than in the photos. 2 steps from the beach and ideal to visit the northwest of Sicily. do not hesitate, you will love it!

Location was great! It was super clean!

Alessandra's place is lovely - very bright, colourful and authentic. The balcony to the front of the house has a great view of the sea and the garden to the back of the house is very pretty and spacious. The building is on a main road but we didn't see or hear many cars at all so it felt peaceful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped/stocked for an Airbnb. Santa Maria di Castellabate is also a lovely little town, as is the hilltop village of Castellabate. We would highly recommend staying at Alessandra's apartment.

Once we found it (in the dark) it was a lovely, homely country cottage like place to stay. Wish we couldhave stayed longer!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need on vacation. Supermarket and restaurant are about 10 minutes by car and in and around Nicolosi there are numerous providers for Etna hikes or quad tours. Alessandro was super helpful with lots of tips for the area and even contacts for Etna hikes. Everything very clean and a small supply of water and cooking basics in the kitchen. The apartment is a little bit noisy, but that's not too bad. Even when the owners were there, they were very quiet and even gave us fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden! Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Our hosts were very kind and helpful and very quick to answer our questions. When we had trouble with delayed luggage due to the airline, they hosts were extremely helpful in finding solutions for us. The apartment is spacious and clean and the rooftop terrace is the star of the show with lots of space and a beautiful view of the bay and Vesuvius. Definitely something we can recommend to others.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

Delightful little house, where the memory of a family place meets the needs of a vacation made of comfortable facilities and a Nature in which to quietly immerse yourself, to listen, and contemplate night skies full of stars and the endless colors of the day's lights. I think at the base of every trip there should be a comfortable nest to come in and feel as good as when you come home. I thank Ornella for her availability, friendliness,politeness and kindness. We'll be back.

I was planning a trip to Rome, comparing several B&Bs and thinking about it, and it was unnecessary. If you are thinking of only traveling to Rome while staying here, it would be a good idea to lighten your suitcase. Washing machine and dryer, fabric softener, and laundry detergent are all provided. Also, bread, two types of jam, Nutella jam, and espresso machine (the beans are the best)., There were coke, fanta, milk, 4 bottles of beer, and various types of cheese and butter in the refrigerator. There was nothing lacking in using breakfast every day before the start of my trip to Rome. In addition, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, and kitchen utensils were enough to make and eat food in the accommodation. The dishwasher was also useful ~ The cleanliness of the accommodation was at the hotel level. Towels were changed every day, and during the 5 nights and 6 days, the accommodation was cleaned whenever I wanted. You can pass by the Colosseum every day, or you can enjoy the atmosphere of Rome on the terrace. Except for the Vatican, many tourist attractions were all within walking distance. Ah. Late check-in is also possible for free, and you took care of your luggage for free after check-out, so please note. If I go to Rome again, I want to stay here again. It was much better than the hotel. The host was always kind and quick to meet any questions or needs I had, which made the place feel better. I want to go again. Accommodation, Rome. It's a place I want to give 10 and 100 stars, not 5 stars. (If you need to prepare anything, please bring shampoo, conditioner, foam cleansing, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Only shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom.)

Extremely spacious and comfortable apartment, full of comforts, in the beautiful, old town of Viterbo, with good restaurants and beautiful museums within walking distance. Beautiful villages and towns nearby and Rome within driving distance.

...Air B&B should consider an upgrade for the title of super host...Alessandra welcomes you with a sense of hospitality, courtesy and availability, witnesses of its Mediterranean origins. All this is reflected in the harmony of the rooms of his apartment, cared for in every detail, so as to make the guest feel at home. The title for Alessandra should be "Mega Host"! Congratulations!

lovely place, had everything you need and it was super clean. close to pompeii and there's a shutter bus right down the road to other places. there's also a super good and cheap pizza place right down the road called la fiamma.

We stayed a week in Davide's nice villa with magnificent views of the sea, mountains and valley. The villa was clean and fresh, big terrace and pool that was cleaned daily. With the villa as a starting point, we could with our rental car explore the nearby area which has a lot to offer. The beach in Alcamo is only 10 minutes away. The town is lovely genuine, few tourists and plenty of good restaurants. Possibility to visit winemakers can be found in the nearby area and excursions such as Segesta, Erice and San Vito are reached in under an hour. Davide was very helpful and provided recommendations and other help. Both check-in and checkout worked perfectly. We can give our all the warmest recommendations to this property!
