Holiday rentals with beach access in South Sarasota

We had a fantastic week at Courtney’s condo! Before our trip even began the communication was excellent. The apartment was as described, a short walk to everything we could want or need. The host provided plenty of amenities that made it much easier for us to pack less and relax more. We traveled with two adults and two young kids (3.5 and 1.5) and this place was the perfect size for a couple or young/small family such as ours. The provided baby equipment was clean and convenient! Despite the close proximity to the action, the street was quiet and did not challenge sleep for our kids. Would gladly stay again!

Location was unbeatable! 2min walk to bridge street and it’s across the street from the beach. It’s a studio, so it’s definitely a small space but worked for my husband and I. Bed was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay to work from the place and use it for a mini vacation! The parking spot is tight, but worked for the convertible we rented. Would recommend and stay here again!

Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean, decorated lovely with a theme of Christmas, which we loved, and cozy. We loved the outside porch which allowed us to sun there on a really windy day with a view of the beach. The beach was a few steps away, which was so convenient. A few cute bars were within walking distance which as great. It was a great location and close to a lot. We loved Anna Maria island with its white sandy beaches. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. It was peaceful, a dream come true, and we will never forget it.

this is my second year in a row coming down to siesta key and I have always stayed here. walking distance from everything but yet this place is quiet and peaceful. it is a diamond in the ruff.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

Well let me say I don’t usually do reviews but this time it’s absolutely necessary.Lynda went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute.She walked me through everything .Me and my wife couldn’t be happier I recommended her rentals to the highest degree.This place was beautiful thanks again we will definitely be in contact for future vacations

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful week at Ginelle’s beach house. It fit our needs perfectly! Especially like a one-story house with view from living area to pool and patio. It does have an upstairs rec room and deck as well. Huge well-equipped kitchen and large dinning area. Comfortable beds, beach chairs, towels etc. We rent every April on AMI and have finally found our happy place where we will definitely return.

Wonderful stay! Loved the pink/teal color combo, beachy feel and the fact that the cottage was super clean. Plenty of room for our three adults. Thao thought of all the important touches: plenty of hooks in bathrooms and bedroom for hanging towels, toiletries bags, etc., well-stocked kitchen with sharp knives, Ninja blender, toaster, etc., and beach chairs for guest use. The immediate neighborhood is not upscale, but felt safe and was super convenient to Ringling attractions, Orioles spring training, shopping and the beaches (I recommend Lido Key!). My favorite part of the cottage was the private outdoor bathroom/shower. Nothing more divine than showering outside! Will definitely be back if future travels bring us to Sarasota!

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

This place was so nice and clean and very cute! Jessica is very helpful if you have any questions and gets back to you right away! Very close to some restaurants and bars and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. We really loved it and Chris the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful. We ran into the cleaning lady a few times while she was cleaning the other place and she sure is very friendly with a smile! We will be coming back for sure! Holmes beach is very peaceful and full of friendly people! We stayed for a month but will stay longer next time!

My family and I had a great time in this home. The grounds were stunning and the home was spotless. The beach was secluded and we appreciated the serenity from the crowds. very short walk to the beach, very manageable for my elderly parents. the home also has multiple water hose access points to rinse off and felt so nice to get all the sand and salt off before entering the home. Nice large kitchen to cook in, huge dining room table and plenty of seating in the living room and outside for our group of 5. bedrooms were HUGE for a beachside home- very comfortable for all. would advise water shoes for the beach. we loved the natural florida coast and unmanicured seaside which allowed us to find over 300 sharks teeth and a seahorse during our walks. would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to escape the crowds of most beaches while still just 10 mins away from the closest publix. Great vacation.

We’ve stayed in SK every year since 2019. Geoff’s condo has been our favorite. It was spacious, clean, a well stocked kitchen, ample linens, beach chairs, umbrella, & beach towels. As a host, Geoff was extremely responsive and rectified any minor issue we may have had. On a personal note, the only thing that could make this unit even better would be a king size bed, but that’s just personal preference. We’ve rented from CA to Montauk and honestly this was our best rental & host. We look forward to spending many more years in Geoff’s condo. Thank you for everything! Best, Phyllis & Bob

William is a great host. Very responsive. His condo was super clean and it had everything and more need for a your stay. I would highly recommend staying there.

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

Perfect getaway location from the cold Northeast! Wonderful to walk right out onto the beach, collect seashells, watch the pelicans and dolphins and lay in the sun! We very much enjoyed swimming daily in the pool. It was a dream of a vacation!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The place was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities of home, making it the perfect retreat. The location couldn’t be better, right by the beach (beautiful beach!) and conveniently situated for everything we needed. It felt like a one-stop shop for the ideal vacation! The pool was a huge hit with our boys, adding to the relaxation and fun of our trip. And Heidi, our hostess, was fantastic. Her communication was excellent, always responding promptly and warmly to any questions we had. She truly couldn’t have been more hospitable. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to visit again!

This place is a gem! Walk across the street, on the beach. Get a golf cart or hop the free bus and you are in town in 2 minutes, you can even walk. Great restaurants, bars, nightlife. beautiful pool area, pool table. Very quiet, low key condo . Beautiful view of ocean and sunsets. Best beach in USA and this location is right on top of it. Locker closet with beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. I HIGHLY recommend it. Evan is the best host I have ever dealt with at AIRBNB. Very responsive and informative. We had a ball. Thank you Evan.

Had a wonderful time celebrating a old college roommate's birthday. Lovely breezes through the floor to ceiling windows, beautifully furnished. We'll be back!

words can't describe the place, totally a beach vacation, the water was so close! The whole place was just as the listing describe. The bed was the the most comfortable bed I have ever slept, the first night we slept for 12 hours and still didn't want to get out of it!! definitely worth the price of the place, would recommend the stay to anyone!!
