Holiday rentals with a hot tub in South Sarasota

House was nice, clean and well maintained.

Jenniffer’s place was exactly as described, easy to find, and we had clear instructions for everything. There were extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms that you don’t always find at Airbnbs, which we appreciated. Jenniffer was also friendly and quick to respond to messages. Overall great stay!

Great location, the restaurants and stores are 15 minutes or less away. It is a quiet neighborhood, we went for morning walks. The beach is close, a 15 minute drive. Daniel was responsive in communication.

This is a beautiful home and we loved the pol and hot tub that was a big hit . It’s a very nice place and spacious. I love she had a Bible verse in one of the rooms and had lots of towels and wash clothes which is a plus. It was wonderful and Victoria is a wonderful host and always was right there when I needed to ask her something Thanks again

we were going to rent near Naples but decided to stay closer to airport since we arrived very late and didn't want another hr drive also our return flight was very early. we are so glad we chose Toms place. perfect place for getting around,close to restaurants. stores and within 40 minute drive of several places we wanted to see. Venice Beach, Boca Grand to name a few. wish we had stayed longer, Tom's place is super comfortable, all the furniture inside and out, and the beds! The pics really don't do it justice, it is so much better! not an uncomfortable spot on the property. Pool felt great to relax in and the hot tub is ready anytime, plenty of outside chairs which were comfortable as well. we don't have 1 single complaint except we should have planned to stay longer. I have to add there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was equipped better than any we have stayed it!

We loved staying at Evona’s place. We arrived on Saturday and had a nice relaxing family dinner and swim. There were 9 of us and we were all comfortable. The home provides large gathering areas for eating, playing games and watching the football game on Sunday. Hurricane Milton was about to hit us and Evona kept in communication with us as what to expect. She needed shutters put up. We needed to get our kids to safety. It all went smooth. I do wish we could have stayed the full time but Mother Nature had a different plan. I would definitely rent Evona’s home the next time we schedule FL for our vacation.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and well accommodating for a family. My children loved the pool and the back yard. They also enjoyed the toys provided. We hope to be back. Hostess was very communicating with any problems we had.

This accommodation offers an exceptional experience with its delightful amenities. The small extras make a big difference (i.e. pool towels, laundry detergent, coffeemaker filters etc.) The pool is simply fantastic, and the yard offers plenty of space for games, grilling and relaxation. Whether you're planning a girls' weekend or a family getaway, this place is ideal. The spacious and well-maintained surroundings ensure everyone has enough room to enjoy themselves. Overall, this accommodation made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend and plan to return.

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

Very beautiful house and plenty of space for our family of 4! The area was quiet, which we wanted, and we enjoyed the pool very much! Very clean area inside and out. We would love to be able to come back and stay again. Richard made it very easy and a stress free vacation with quick communication and everything else we needed prior, during and after our stay.

This place exceeded expectations! Pool and hot tub, absolutely awesome. Bathrooms are amazing. Living room, bedrooms and kitchen all very modern. The fridge plays music. Martin was very helpful with anything we asked for. Location worked perfectly. We attended a Braves Spring training game (about 25 minutes away) and Venice Beach (about 10-15 minutes away). Still can’t say enough about the home though. The house itself was just as pleasurable as anything we did on our visit!!! Thank you Martin

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! Their place is lovely, clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Lots of kids’ games and gear were there (although we didn’t use any). The kitchen was loaded with supplies. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcoming bottle of wine, some beers, and cookies. I mentioned the dilapidated house next door, but it didn’t inconvenience us at all. It looks like many of the older homes that are not well kept are being renovated. It was handy to have a YMCA close by and we found two nice fish markets. It was a wonderful place, and we would certainly stay again. Thanks to our hosts. Great job!

The location was great for work, the place had all the amenities that were needed during my stay.

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!

Chris & Michelle were incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Their hospitality made our experience even better. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!
