Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

La maison est située à 2 pas du centre-ville et d’un grand espace vert naturel avec son ruisseau et ses jeux d’enfants. Pour les voyageurs qui arrivent en train , la ligne 2 vous amènera directement au logement. Si vous êtes en voiture, le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

Quiet house 10 min drive to downtown

Bright, quiet house, 10 minutes by car from Angoulême town centre. Bus terminus 200 metres from the house. Large living room with large sofa 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor: a double bed + additional 90 cm mattress on the mezzanine + additional 90 cm foldaway bed that can be moved. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds A shower room 2 toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs)

The 20 - Pleasant townhouse

Townhouse of about 50m2 with an open living room with lounge, kitchen and dining room; a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a single bed (90x190) with wardrobe and desk; a shower room with toilet. Ideally located, it is 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Angoulême. Towels and bed linen provided for the stay.
