Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Space Coast

Great place to stay, easy walk to the beach and pier. Really enjoyed the proximity to the port too

This place was everything we needed and more. The view off the back porch was so much better than the pictures looked. We saw multiple dolphins each day, multiple times of the day and many times they were only 20-30 yards from us. The instructions for everything were very clear. We enjoyed a few movies and a couple games of pool downstairs with our teenager. The ice machine was nice on these hot days. There was also lots of options for dishes, and other supplies for us to use. We didn’t meet the neighbors but my husband went out to take the recycling to the curb and the neighbor had already done it. It’s nice to see neighborly things happening. We enjoyed this house so much.

Easy check in, clean home and room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to food, malls, and entertainment. The beach is an easy 10-15 minute drive and around an hour for a rocket launch. Sonya communicated quickly and Joy was very pleasant and helpful with any questions I had. If I ever find myself in Florida again I wouldn’t hesitate!

Everything was excellent! The house was beautiful and looked the same as the pictures. The host was very informative and responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again in the future!

The house is amazing for multiple families with kids! The pool and hot tub were SO fun! The kids also loved the game room every evening! The house had plenty of space to spread out and great common areas for everyone to congregate for meals and games! Very easy walk to the beach and honestly the beach area felt private. We went during spring break and you could see the ‘hotel zone’ beach area was PACKED, and yet we enjoyed the space and quiet beach time! The host has SO many extras; beach chairs and toys, boogie boards and amazing towels! Truly a fantastic friends / family get away! We will be back!

The home itself was really nice and accommodated our needs well. It was a great space for four families to come together. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable and we especially liked that almost every room had a bathroom connected. The private pool was a little small but nice there was access. The location is more chill with nearby fishing and a beach but we did wish it was a bit closer to other main attractions and airports. I’d encourage families to bring their own folding chairs as there isn’t much offered to relax at the piers or on the beach.

The home was incredible. It was wonderful to have room for the two families on the trip. The kids loved the pool and other amenities. There were plenty of towels (both pool and shower). The beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend! The only issue was minor - the trash never seemed to get picked up from the last stay or while we were there. It was overflowing. However, I was more concerned about it being an issue for the owner than it was for us.

2nd time staying here. Great spot and conveniently located near KSC. Kari was a great host. Would stay again.

Great stay in an awesome house. The hosts were always responsive and it was worth the money paid. I would happily stay again and recommend this house!

Loved our stay! Beautiful location and condo. Easy check-in. Gorgeous view of ocean. Place was comfortable, clean and quiet. Tim was an excellent host.. always quick to respond and follow up. Will definitely visit again!

The location was perfect! You can walk to either Publix or have your feet on the beach in less than 3 minutes each. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is zero traffic and zero noise. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, living room, restroom, beach towels, and bedroom linens! The host, Julia, is amazing! She went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. She was responsive, and checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. This place was well worth the value and I will for sure consider staying here when in the area again!

Great spot with private access to the beach! All the amenities you need inside and great balcony outside for views of the Atlantic.
