Our ground-level holiday apartment (69 m²) in Hattingen-Holthausen is quietly situated in a cul-de-sac, right on the edge of fields and woods. The neurological clinic is within walking distance. A separate entrance and parking in front of the house are available. Local recreation areas, the historic old town and Lake Kemnade are in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located in the Ruhr area, adjacent to Dortmund, Essen and Bochum and the Bergisches Land is not far away.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
