Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our garden apartment is on the raised ground floor of an Art Nouveau house from 1906. You have two rooms with a total of 90 square meters at your disposal. A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace overlook the garden. Our library invites you to read. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
