It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Accessed from the parking up one external and two internal flights of stairs. Free wifi service be kind if it slows down :-)

Beautiful studio in central St.Ives with on site parking (the space is ideal for a small to medium sized car - Golf/Audi A3 etc) . Across from the property are fantastic harbour and Island views. Bijou yet beautiful this studio has a separate bathroom and a kitchen . The bed has an "Emma" mattress. This is an ideal retreat for exploring St.Ives and Cornwall. The beaches a few minutes walk away. This holiday let is perfect for couples, singles and is also dog friendly if you have just one.
