Large, well equipped 2 bed flat with superb views.

Spacious, comfortable two bed apartment occupying a commanding position, with perhaps some of the best views of the town, harbour and across the bay to Godrevy, yet, in a few steps you will find yourself in the bustling streets of St. Ives, a few steps more & there are four golden sandy beaches, one with the coveted blue flag award. Main bedroom has recently been refurbished and now has a superking zip & link bed that can be split into 2 singles on request. A small parking space is available.

5mins stroll to beach & town with private parking

The apartment is a modern conversion of an elegant Edwardian end of terrace house with a sea view. South-facing with high ceilings and large windows, natural light fills the rooms. Just a 5 mins stroll to the spectacular Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives yet in a quiet area for a relaxing stay. All of St Ives stunning beaches are easy walking distance. An off- road, private parking space is right outside the flat so you avoid the hassle and considerable expense of parking in St Ives.

St Ives town apartment with sea view

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Porthia is a lovely apartment with space, light and character. Great location - 2 mins walk to Porthmeor beach. 5 to Porthgwidden & the Harbour. 30ft sitting room with chandelier, window seat with pretty view down to the harbour & sea glimpses. Over 2 floors: main floor has large kitchen with Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV + Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom + en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

Barepta View- stunning sea views & great location

A self contained annex within our property(building) for 2 adult guests. ( unsuitable for children or infants) Accessed via a separate, private entrance. There is free on street parking outside. You have use of private part of terrace overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It is located with a few minutes walk via a beautiful wooded valley to the beach. The soft sands are within 10 mins. Perfect for access to coastal path which takes you to St Ives ( approximately 20-25 min walk).
