Spacious, comfortable two bed apartment occupying a commanding position, with perhaps some of the best views of the town, harbour and across the bay to Godrevy, yet, in a few steps you will find yourself in the bustling streets of St. Ives, a few steps more & there are four golden sandy beaches, one with the coveted blue flag award. Main bedroom has recently been refurbished and now has a superking zip & link bed that can be split into 2 singles on request. A small parking space is available.

Porthia is a lovely apartment with space and light. Great location - 2 mins walk to Porthmeor beach. 5 to Porthgwidden & the harbour. 30ft sitting room with a chandelier, window seat with pretty view down to the harbour & sea glimpses. Over 2 floors: main floor has a large kitchen with a Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV with Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom with en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.
