Open plan kitchen & living space, shower room with generous shower. Kitchen with oven & hob; fridge with freezer, sink & drainer. Comfortable living area with dining space, sofa & smart TV. Small loft bedroom has electric Velux widows, double bed & TV. Courtyard is shared with 3 other properties.

It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
