Waterfront holiday rentals in St. John's

We really enjoyed our stay at Janine’s. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the location, right down town in the heart of old St. John’s. I would highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay here again!

Most comfortable place we stayed

We had a fantastic few days… the place was beautiful… and the kids loved playing outside on the zip line and in the yard! Lorie is a wonderful person and so helpful with anything we needed.

The home was wonderful. Perfectly clean and tidy. Gorgeous views. Easy to find. Cheryl was wonderful. Very kind and very responsive. Would gladly stay here again.

Elaine was super helpful and communicative, and provided lots of information about the place, as well as the local area (tours, where to eat, clear directions, where to buy groceries, etc). The place was well-stocked - tea, coffee, spices, oil, oatmeal, etc - much more than I have seen at an AirBNB in the past, which made it very easy to make a nice homemade soup for dinner. There was even a garden where we grabbed some kale to add to our soup!

Where to start!! That view from the patio is incredible, everything in the space was as good as or better than advertised. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful even as we changed our reservation to stay an extra night. Would recommend this space 100% to anyone traveling to the Southern Shore!

This was an authentic way to experience St.John’s. The beds were super comfortable, and I loved the distant lighthouse foghorn and the breeze coming in through the bedroom window. The deck was lovely - we loved to read and chat and snack there while recovering from our hikes. Parking was easy to find, and it was an easy walk to a big grocery store. Thanks, Deanie, for welcoming us!

Amazing and original St. John’s row house. Spectacular to view and stay in. LOVED the Harry Potter door under the stairs that brings you to a massive basement space/bedroom. My daughter lived down there the whole time ❤️

10/10 our favourite place to stay when we visit St. John’s area! Stayed here twice and definitely will be staying again in the future. Host is great and the place is amazing : )

My absolute FAVOURITE place to stay in St. John’s now! Laura’s Airbnb was set up for perfection, with everything you’d need and MORE. The views in the photos don’t do justice to how beautiful it is! Will definitely be staying here again!

The location was as described and in a good location. We didn't use the kitchen since there were lots of great restaurants nearby, but it seemed to have all the basics. Michael was quick in getting back to us when a few questions came up. We had a great stay.
