Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike rides. The proximity to the Falkensteiner shore allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Heiko's Souterrain Studio in the Center of Stade

Small but nice studio apartment in the heart of the old town of Stade. 3-5 minutes walk to the train station and city center, in a quiet location and just a few minutes from the meadows in the Schwingetal. The medical clinics can also be reached quickly on foot. Free parking space at the house. This studio is one of the cheapest ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.

This beautiful car is in our idyllic garden. There is electricity, Wi-Fi, a TV, a coffee maker, dishes, a fridge, a microwave, a fan, a heater, a sofa, a bunk bed with 2 mattresses 90 x 200 (but not very high, about 60 cm to the ceiling), and much more. A beautiful bathroom is available in the rear building. We provide bed linens and towels. We look forward to seeing you!

With a comfortable double bed, a large pull-out sofa set, a large, thick folding mattress, two baby travel beds and your own small garden, there is nothing to stop you from feeling good.
