Great apartment in a good location. Even better than the photos!

Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

My stay was great; Juliana was very helpful from the start. There were also Dona Neuza and Mrs. Maria who welcomed us. There was flexibility in the chek-in and the location is great, easy to find and close to the supermarket, pharmacy, snack bars, bakeries, Tenório beach and Praia Grande. The apartment was very clean and smelling, without mold and well aired. There is everything that is needed in the kitchen, fan in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Very good, it met all expectations.

Simone is super sweetheart, he texted me a week earlier advising me on how to get into the building, as well as giving me a lot of suggestions on where to eat and stroll around Campinas. The apartment is super clean and all very neat. My stay was great and super quiet.

I had a great stay! The place is super cozy, it is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts were attentive and always available to help with whatever it took. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

The house is exactly the same as the ad, very beautiful and with impeccable furniture. The fact of having air conditioning in the rooms helped a lot with the heat it did in the days of the carnival, in the living room and kitchen there are ceiling fans. The region is very quiet, beautiful and easy to access everything. we feel safe. Who has a large car may have a little difficulty in parking, because the house is the last of the condominium and there is little room for maneuvering. A tip is to come aft from the gate, which makes it much easier.

The place is very beautiful and well maintained! Looks like they took good care of the details! The heated pool is very good! My family loved the place.

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

Wonderful stay. Nana extremely accessible, responds fast and very kind. The house is exactly the same as the ad and was very clean, bedding and smelling towels. We'll be back for sure! Quiet street, very close to the beach.

I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

Great host and home. Antonio was very responsive, shared local recommendations, and made us feel at home. The home beautiful, peaceful, and provided a very comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this Airbnb home for a future stay in São Paulo.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

It was amazing and magical. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the host is extremely polite and respond quickly. Great apartment and met all my expectations. Only negative point, there is a lot of light drop, but the one that stayed the longest was 30min, it soon returned. Outside this I have nothing to complain about. Congratulations

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All electros and utensils work perfectly. The check in and the super easy check out we did not have any problems to access the condominium. Sandra is very kind and helped us with all the doubts, in the feelings at home. Thank you.
