During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" on the Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding The cozy alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" at 1000 m altitude, right on the edge of the forest in the middle of the hiking area of Unternberg, offers everything for a relaxing stay on 30 m². It has a kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed (180x200), TV, Wi-Fi, a night storage oven and shower/toilet. You can enjoy the covered terrace with corner bench and large table. The cabin is accessible by car by car.

With a lot of their own effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named as a sign of appreciation after the first name of the late grandma “Lenei”. The 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house on the outskirts and features a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), as well as a bathroom. Approx. 30 m² are divided into a spacious living/sleeping kitchen with cozy seating and TV. The kitchen is equipped with two burners, fridge, coffee pad machine and water kettle. Dishes and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils are sufficiently available. We will be at your disposal for dishwashing and dishcloths. Shower and towels are available for you in the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
