Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Vacation home Immenhus Schierensee

The house is located in the middle of Schierensee, an idyllic village with about 400 inhabitants in the Westensee Nature Park. Here you are surrounded by a magnificent landscape, ideally suited for long hikes and bike tours. At the lake there is a swimming area with a great kiosk cafe, which is run with a lot of love and passion. Guests can indulge in culinary delights at Gasthof La Famiglia. A little secluded from the village, there is a large organic farm with a farm shop and cafe.

A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

It is located right on Lake Bordesholm. The terrace and garden can be shared. Shopping is within walking distance. Dogs are welcome. An ideal location for (bicycle) hiking, excursions to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or shopping in Kiel and Neumünster.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
