Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as cable TV. A high chair is also available. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue.

The large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.
