There are many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the Maare and the Moselle, hiking and cycling trails, and the Nürburgring for motorsport fans. For families, there are also amusement parks / zoos and outdoor swimming pools nearby.

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.
