The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Cozy 1-room apartment with about 54 m², with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking space are provided. The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
