Staying at the Cowbarn Cabin was a wonderful experience! Both my husband and I loved the whole uniqueness of Kathy's place! The Cabin was very clean and organized nicely! Kathy definitely put a lot of thought into the whole concept of the cabin, which we both loved and plan on returning to in the near future! The bed was very comfortable to sleep in! Where the cabin was located was perfect, peaceful and very private! Both my husband and I highly recommend this little piece of heaven out in the country!

Henry and April were outstanding! They answered every question we had ahead of time promptly and thoroughly, and when we ran into an issue with the Keurig machine (not their fault at all) she came right over to resolve it and dropped off a new coffee maker. Very friendly and accommodating and we loved their beautiful home. Thank you so very much!

Marg is an amazing, responsive, and respectful host. She and her husband were incredibly welcoming, answered all our questions, provided us with firewood for the campfire, and even offered flexible check-in. They were always quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. The place itself is peaceful and perfect for anyone who enjoys fishing or spending time by the water. The waterfront views are beautiful, and it’s a great spot to relax and unwind. The location is easy to find with a shared driveway and convenient parking. This is my second visit to lake Louise and I absolutely love it. I really feel at home but way better because I get to enjoy the amazing views from every window in the house. In the front you can see a pond and the beautiful lake St.Clair in the back. There is so much for a family to do. As a single mom my kids actually gave me time to kick my feet up and relax. The kids fished played board games, and cornhole. Together we all kayaked, rode our bikes, enjoyed the hot tub and had a fire with marshmellows. At night we cuddled up made popcorn and watched movies. I will be back again!!!
