Monthly Rentals in Stony Hill

We had a wonderful stay! Tyler is extremely helpful and kind. We drove across the country camping along the way. So Staying here was such a nice experience for us.

We traveled to Wake Forest from Huntingdon PA to celebrate our niece’s college graduation. We were a 5 minute drive to their house so it was vey convenient. The house was perfect for 2 couples. It was very clean and comfortable with a lot of thought put into decor…almost felt like home. It was well equipped and Samantha was very generous with her welcome snacks. Hopefully we will visit again.

We had a great time at Katrina’s place! Very cute cluster of townhomes, walkable to downtown wake forest. Katrina was very responsive. Kitchen well equipped and necessities supplied (bath soap/shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, laundry supplies, dishwasher soap, paper towels, hand soap, etc.). Furnishings were super comfy. Back deck does backup to a retail parking lot, but the noise was minimal. Parking was a breeze in the street. Loved the location and enjoyed coffee and ice cream shops close by. Would definitely stay again.

We came to Wake Forest for a family wedding. We stayed two nights. The house is in a lovely setting with large trees and lovely landscaping. The house met our needs perfectly. It was very comfortable, clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Marissa responded extremely quickly to any question I had and made us feel right at home. Her husband even offered us the use of their firepit. I would highly recommend staying here.
