The flat is located on the top floor (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 motorways. The "Steinfurther Allee" underground station is also easily accessible on foot (10–12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then it's another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg main station. The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated.
