Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Carol was a great host, friendly and always available to answer questions. Carol even kindly helped re-route packages that arrived for us after our departure. I would recommend the property to anybody looking to stay in the area or to be close to the surrounding areas.

Mark was a great guy who helped with everything within fast response. We did spend 4 days in this great location. It was a great experience. Definitely looking forward to next time. Cheers!🥂

My family and I stayed at the Boulder Lake House Retreat during the holiday season. It served as a great home base to spend time with family and was a short drive to downtown Madison, CT and Hammonasset State Park. The space was perfect for our family, in great shape and beautifully decorated. The view from the kitchen was beautiful; even in winter we enjoyed looking out over the frozen lake. All rooms were updated and had great amenities, including rainfall shower heads and foam mattresses. Jhismery was a great host and was very responsive! Hope to be back in the future!

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

Beautiful views of the beach. Close to Silver Sands Beach with a nice boardwalk to take a walk on. Home is comfy and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay.

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Enjoyed my day and a half stay. Very unique setting. Loved the chicken coops in the backyard. Close to everything. Ilk be back!

Christian's apartment is great! We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. We loved the dog-friendly vibe, the roomy space, comfortable couches and bed, the unique and interesting decor, loads of snacks, and easy parking right along the street (he provides parking permits). My dog and I enjoyed walking the city streets exploring. I highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at Brian’s! The place was very large and comfortable. Brian was very responsive and helpful multiple times. The area was nice and we always felt safe. I would definitely recommend Brian and this location!

Regine was super helpful and always messaged back in a few minutes every time we had a question or concern. The place was super clean and beautiful. We will be returning soon!

Thank you so much for having us. We were here for my daughter’s birthday. It was a very nice stay. The owners were so nice and welcoming. I feel bad bc we made a bagel and the fire alarm went off, but they were amazing about it.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The house is beautiful, well decorated, has everything you need and it is truly dog friendly!! Instructions were clear, helpful, and the house was spotless clean. The towns nearby are very cute and we definitely plan on going back for Spring or Fall!!

A perfect way to disconnect and find peace. I wish I knew about Sticks and Stones sooner. The location is perfectly tucked away in the woods, with beautiful views and lots to explore. The staff are very friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. I cant wait to spend another weekend at Sticks and Stones in the near future!

What an awesome trip! The cabin and backyard was beautiful and we loved the hot tub. We recommend visiting Kent Falls and Craft Kitchen and Bar. Overall totally worth every penny and would love to visit again!

Carrie was very attentive and concerned about giving me the best instructions to make me feel at home. I didn't struggle to check-in and get settled. What ever question or concern I had she would answer me quickly and kindly. I recommend this beautiful place that will make you feel welcome and at home. We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

We had a wonderful stay. The setting was serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin had everything we needed, was cozy, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the fireplace. It was the ideal spot to unwind over a long weekend. We would absolutely stay here again!

Marina’s place was exactly as described and just what we needed to be able to stay somewhere with our pups and attend our friend’s wedding. It was very clean and there was a wide range of amenities available! The neighborhood was very quiet and the little outdoor area with fire pit is so cute!
