House holiday rentals in Stummerberg

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Harald is a great host who makes a lot of effort and takes good care. The apartment was lovingly prepared - A very charming modernized cabin with interesting gadgets (sunbed, steam shower), but without a dishwasher/washing machine. The restored walls/floors are visually magnificent, but also lead to dust and one or other splinters with my son. The sleeping situation was a bit challenging for us as a larger family, as only one double room is lockable and the entire apartment is very clairaudient (two single beds in the open living area, an open sleeping camp with 4 beds and 1m ceiling height). The outdoor area is magnificent with "beach area" including hammocks and swimming pond. Fresh eggs from the chickens to collect yourself.

We stayed with Maria over Easter and had a wonderful time. Everything was super prepared. The place was beautiful, clean and really well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The highlight was bathing in the hot tub with the mountains in the background♡. Thank you for everything and all the best!

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We felt so at home in this beautiful apartment! The view was simply stunning and the spacious rooms offered more than enough space to relax and unwind. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with open arms and assisted us throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, we lacked nothing. We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the magnificent view while having our breakfast. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back. Our stay was super nice. The parking was right in front of the house, which was great. The mountains had felt close to grab and even marvel at the breakfast table. We had just arrived immediately in the holiday feeling. We had also felt well taken care of with our questions and were received in a very friendly manner.

Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside of Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

We stayed with our group of friends in the chalet for 10 people. Everything was clean and there was nothing missing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the view is amazing. Everyone felt completely comfortable. Check-in was also no problem thanks to the friendly staff. We had a really good time. By train to Innsbruck it is only 20-30 minutes and the side valleys are also easy to reach by public transport. The location directly on the gondola would have been great for skiing.

We stayed at this wonderful place for the fourth time and have already booked for next year! It was great again!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

What a great place to stay this is! From the first message contact with David to the reception and farewell with his mother; it was fantastic! The house is beautiful and the location beautiful. You really have your ‘own’ mountain home. The house is light, homely, complete, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the very complete kitchen (more present than shown), the comfortable bathroom with nice shower, the spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and the nice balcony. The jam of David's mother and the tips for the surroundings make it even more complete. We made wonderful day trips into the mountains, to Salzburg and other beautiful villages and attractions. We'd love to come back! Thank you David and mother for our wonderful stay.

We were with 5 men (aged 56-72 years), in a house where up to 14 people can stay. So we had more than space and comfort, each with its own toilet, room, and 4 bathrooms. We enjoyed this house, where we had the pistolts delivered to the door every day, in the morning, through the local bakery. Location is 5 minutes away from the main road, but ideally located between the ski area Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena. Host/host were very friendly and accessible. We accidentally spilled a glass of red wine over the couch (with fabric upholstery), but they didn't make a problem about that. We would definitely come back if the opportunity would arise and can only recommend this home.
