Klimatizirana, može primiti sedam gostiju u četiri velike spavaće sobe. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena za svakodnevnu upotrebu i blagovaonica s osam sjedećih mjesta. Vani se nalazi bazen s vrtnim namještajem i prostorom za roštilj, te dječje igralište i parking za više vozila. Bazen, kuća i dvorište su dostupni za korištenje samo vama. Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.
