Air-conditioned, it can accommodate seven guests in four large bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and the dining room has eight seats. Outside there is a swimming pool with garden furniture and a barbecue area, as well as a children's playground and parking for several vehicles. The pool, house and yard are available for your use only. The pool is cleaned every morning.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. The balcony offers lovely views of the marina and the islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukosan.
