Monthly Rentals in Summer Haven

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Ideal location for the Mantanza Inlet and beaches area. Floor plan worked well for our family. Loved the decor. Kitchen was well appointed; we cooked several meals. We brought 4 of my granddaughters and their friend and the girls just loved the upstairs bunk room that sleeps 5 with plenty of room. The pool lighting at night was very attractive. My grandson caught a nice size Drum, fishing off the pier which is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed for a week while I attended a conference. The home was as described for a great value. The home is a short walk to the beach. The only down side is the beach access requires walking down a rocky slope. I do not recommend for anyone with balance or mobility issues. Our family did not have an issue with is. It was like having our own private beach. For those who want easier access, the home is conveniently located near two very close beach access points. One south and one north of the property. Our family went to both. The beach access to the south is nice because there is access to a bathroom and outdoor shower to rinse off with. The one slightly north was great too! We were able to see the gopher tortoises up close there. Lots to do close by - Marineworld, Ft. Matanzas, St. Augustine, bike trails and hiking trails. Jenny has a resource book available in the home with lots of helpful local information. Our family would definitely stay there again!

I’m extremely picky and only nice staying in nice places. I found Danny’s place incredibly clean! You can’t beat the location. This is a private beautiful beach area away from the craziness of historical downtown, yet only about 15 minutes drive if you want to go into that area. I highly recommend anyone who wants a prime location, beautiful sunrise, and learn a thing or two about sea turtles while you’re there :)
