Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sunset Beach

The house was super cute, clean and walkable to the nearby Marshwalk. Comfortable furniture and beds. Definitely recommend.

Perfect vacation. We will definitely be back. Weather wasn’t as cooperative as we’d hoped as days were in 60-70 range . The sunshine helped. This house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights with my in-laws, our kids, and a dog. The house made us feel right at home and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kids especially loved the board games, which kept them entertained. The screened in porch was a great plus!

This place was beautiful and provised an awesome view of the ocean and resort scenery. The place provided our family an amazing back drop to make memories. We had a total of nine people (6 adults and three kids) and everyone had enough space. I enjoyed working in the morning on my laptop because of the peace and quiet. Everything was nice and clean. The host was very responsive to our questions. We loved the privacy of the beach. I plan to take my family back again.

For those of you with limited time, I’ll provide an executive summary of this review: BOOK THIS HOUSE! We are in North Myrtle Beach frequently to visit relatives. Over the years, we have stayed at many properties, and this by far has been the best. The pictures do not do the house justice. The property was spotless upon arrival. The furniture is VERY comfortable (beds, couches and even the outdoor furniture). The entire family raved about how well they slept. The kitchen, and entire house, is well stocked with all the necessities a family may need. Between the upstairs living room, downstairs “play room” and great back yard, there was plenty of space for everyone. Rebecca is a GREAT host. She responds quickly to questions, and provides thoughtful suggestions. The property is incredible… the host is amazing… I would rate our experience with much more than 5-stars, if I could. We will DEFINITELY be booking this home again. Thanks Rebecca!!!

We booked this last minute for Christmas holiday. The house is a duplex style home so you don’t get the full home shown on the pictures. Everything else about the stay was great. It has a nice big kitchen on third floor along with living room and patio. Plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable! We did have issue with elevator but was able to get it fixed on Christmas Day! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. There does seem to be some construction when looking out living room window. We really couldn’t see the water from third floor. I think maybe you can see from rooftop balcony which my older kids loved! There were pots and pans but you may want to bring your own. The master bedroom bathroom was really nice. I would stay again.

He was great to work with on our long stay. Takes great care of the place. Would recommend. Was very accommodating with our situation.

House is beautifully decorated and has a lot of amenities!! Truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for the pizza the first night. It was truly appreciated after an 11 hour car ride!!!

We had the chance to stay at David’s place for ten days. It is conveniently located near restaurants, the Tanger Outlet, and Walmart. Additionally, the Arcadian Golf Course is just five minutes away, along with several other golf courses in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, extremely safe, and dog-friendly. David’s home is nicely decorated and comfortable, and it welcomes pets. David is very accessible and promptly answers all inquiries. Bonnie Eady 🇨🇦

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and clean! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, large mirrors, board games and the lavender pillows. I usually travel with a candle, but it was so nice to see there were 4 large candles to choose from - very nice touch! Rueban was very responsive and gave awesome instructions on how to access the community and condo. We would recommend to our family/friends and will be back! Thank you for making our spring break an enjoyable one.

Justin was very responsive and went out of his way to accommodate! Very impressed. It was refreshing to have a responsive host as Justin. He took initiative in making sure we had everything as advertised! Definitely book again!

To say my family and I really enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Gino was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions leading up to our stay before, during, and after. The kitchen had everything we needed, plates, cooking pots and pans, utensils, etc. My kids still can't stop talking about the bunk beds! The fellow vacationers staying in the building that we met at the pool or on the beach were so friendly. We really felt right at home and didn't want to leave! The location is very convenient. Being off the main road with the beach right outside your window is definitely a plus but having the main road so close was very helpful and convenient with kids, groceries, and just having to get last minute items throughout our stay. We hope to stay at Gino's place next year BUT for a longer stay if it is available!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Gino for having us! :)

What a great location- in between the sound and quick walk to the beach. The beds were SO comfy; great to hop in at the end of the day. Many thanks for such a great stay!

The location was great! Located in a quiet neighborhood and right across from beach access. We could still see and hear the waves crashing on the beach from the balcony. The place looked exactly like the pictures and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our family loved being able to play on our on private pickleball court as well. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Only the most minor of items that the cleaners missed (leftover from previous occupants), but nothing that came close to affecting our stay or how great the place was with all the amenities.

If you are looking to relax in a quiet and peaceful place, this is it! The view of the intercostal was enjoyable! You are situated close to everything in Myrtle Beach you could ever want! Michelle was over accommodating for us and we needed nothing more! We had a great time and we will be back! Thank you Michelle!

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

We would definitely return. Great Place!. Nice deck area and back yard enclosed. The beds were comfortable. The golf cart made it fun. Missing a couple of minor modern conveniences - there could have been more washcloths and towels. And there were no coasters. Neither of these would prevent us from returning for sure. A very nice place. Thank you.

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!

HIGHLY recommend Salubrious View Too!!! We were lucky enough to stay at Drew’s home the week after Labor Day. The home itself is clean and has everything we needed and then some (including an elevator, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games/puzzles, and a bedroom/bathroom that was accessible with a wheelchair), but the view is SPECTACULAR!! On top of being a wonderful home with stellar view, the home is hosted by a local property manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. She met us at the home to explain a bit about the property and was accessible via message, but wasn’t overbearing. The property owner called midweek to check in and obviously personally cares about his home and his guests. I hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this property to friends/family.

The place was so comfy, pristine and pretty with lots of free amenities. My family enjoyed our stay! Hope our vacation was longer.

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.
