We stayed here for 8 nights, the host was quick to respond to messages, always able to answer specific questions and provide assistance, the room was ample and clean, it was a ten minute walk from Tangsan station to save us a lot of transportation, recommended for all travelers who want to go to Seoul.

Purpose of use: To celebrate the holidays, both my grandparents and my parents took me on a short family trip. Pros: The host is very responsive! The price is reasonable, and the house is tidy in terms of interior and use. In particular, my parents liked that there were several beds and everything was spacious! There were many places to go around such as Songnidan-gil and Lotte Tower Lake Park nearby, so I was very satisfied with the location.😍 I also liked that one car was available for parking! +) And I forgot to leave a pair of clothes, but they also took care of it. wonderful place to say in nonhyeon! walkable to gangnam station too and has sooo many food choices nearby. its really a gem of a place to stay. definitely recommend

It's located between SNU Stn and Nakseongdae Stn, near Seven Elevent and the airport bus stop too. The room really comfy and got everything you need. Very worth the price.

I stay with my family of 4, and I must say, first of all, Soonae response is very fast, even at late hours. the place is as the picture, it's easy to find even with taxi and the location is just walk in front of MRT, Lotte world and beautiful lake. and since I'm bringing my son to Lotte world adventure we can go early and stay until late night and just walk home with worry of traffic. it also near jamsil 2, which you can go wherever on seoul. would recommend this place.

I often use it every time I go to Seoul. The quality is really good at this price range. I can feel the host's meticulousness and the feedback is very accommodating. Parking is also tower parking, so it's very convenient.

I've spent the night with my family as comfortably as my home. But... it was a little disappointing that there was no Elbe. I don't know if it's because there are a lot of people staying, but the smell of the blanket After a little bit, I bought a bucket of Febreze and sprayed it, and it was okay. Other than that, I was satisfied with the rest.

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

I stayed for a while because of my company commuting to work, and I was satisfied. Thank you for securing the parking space and taking care of us so much. I rested well at the accommodation after work in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

The place was wonderful. The host were awesome! They gave us a dish of food one night for us to eat as a family that was delicious! They were very proactive and giving us information about the area and house. Very clean felt right at home just an awesome place!

I enjoyed my two-week stay. It was my first Airbnb experience, and the hosts set a high bar. They were very friendly, responded quickly to messages, and took immediate action when I had questions. They ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

I had a good barbecue and ate it. Personally, I liked the bed and duvet very much.

Very comfortable and conveniently located place in Itaewon. We stayed with our baby and really enjoyed the amenities, space and access to transport. As others have said it’s super quiet despite proximity to bars. We arrived very late at night and Woni very kindly helped out when our taxi driver called for directions. Thanks so much! Would stay again.

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

I used it well with the team. I didn't see it in detail because everyone didn't care much, and I only slept, so I didn't see it in detail. Satisfied ~

Clean place, responsive host, the place is close to restaurants and marts. Worth every penny spent here.

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

Great place with a balcony. Perfect location. Supermarket in the house. I will be back.
