The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorset's designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with glimpses of the sea, bay and hills. Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse. Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV.

Lovely 3 bedroom detached house, minutes walk from the beach Located on the north side of Swanage, so just a short walk along the beach promenade to get to the main shops My family are originally from Swanage many generations ago & my great grandparents had the house built in the 1930's & has been kept in the family ever since, so the house is very special to us The house benefits from a large garden to the front, side & rear. Please note, the guests will need bring their own towels.

The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for up to 2 people) which doubles as a sofa. There is also a small kitchen.
