Modernised Victorian apartment with parking

The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

Woodbury is a large-roomed house in the beautiful village of Langton Matravers in the heart of Purbeck on Dorset's Jurassic Coast, close to Swanage, Corfe Castle, Studland beaches and Poole Harbour. A 20 min. walk to the SW Coast. Minutes from pub, shops & bus stop. Quiet cul-de-sac. 2 double/1 twin (or 1 double/2 twin) upstairs with 1 ensuite and 1 bathroom. 1 double and shower downstairs. Large open plan living area leading to South-facing patio & enclosed garden. Wood burner and smart TV/DVD.

Charming coastal apt with garden

A 2 bed apartment just minutes walk from the coast. Sleeping 5 it has a bright & airy kitchen living room, it's own garden that benefits from all day sunshine and very close to award winning beaches. Four-legged friends welcome. In these current times my cleaners are exceeding guidelines for sanitising and the apartment is having a deep clean after every visit. Rest assured you’ll be able to have a wonderful, restful break away from the stresses of the outside world, in my safe clean apartment.

It has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and loads of sporty activities just around the corner (all sorts of water sport, walks, golf, tennis, bike riding & lots more). Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

Much loved seafront cottage on Peveril Point in Swanage. Amazing location on the beautiful Jurassic Coast ,with views across to Old Harry Rocks. Swim, kayak and row from the slipway. A short walk into town and the sailing club or main beach. A short drive from the miles of sand at Studland. A perfect base for a family or walking holiday. High Speed broadband.
