Cabin holiday rentals in Swanage

The place is ideal for the trip plans we had. It's close to both Bournemouth and Southampton which is where we were planning to visit. We only stayed in during the morning for breakfast to eat and in the evening to sleep as we are always out and about during the day. There are plenty of shops nearby (5-7 mins drive) as well as takeaway restaurants. The place is also very child friendly. Plenty of toys to play with, sandbox outside and travel cot. Karen the host was very responsive and helpful. She still managed to accommodate our needs even though we booked the place at the last minute. We were really pleased with our stay and as soon as we walked in the house, it felt homey straight away. I would highly recommend this place as it is in a peaceful and in a quiet area and plus there is a designated parking space for 2. I would definitely come back to stay here again. If only this had a private hot tub, we would have enjoyed our stay even more as the swimming pool can get really packed.

Lovely peaceful setting with beautiful gardens. Mostly spacious accommodation and great outdoor space. Easy access to New Forest and coast. Bed was not very comfortable and gave little support, that aside, great little get away in a fab location.

The glass house was a lovely staycation, with lots of amenities and kitchen accessories, the bathroom was nice and clean, TV was acting up but I’m sure it’s being sorted out. For the price a pretty good deal. Also the Hottub is a must , super relaxing. Fairly local food spots too. From London was a long drive but definitely worth it !

We had such a great stay! Super easy to find and check in, and we were welcomed with tea, milk, biscuits, cereal, and even some treats for our dog ,such a lovely touch. The hot tub was amazing, and the view was so peaceful. The whole place was clean, quiet, and really comfortable ,exactly what we needed for a relaxing week away. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chilled, peaceful break!

First time booking with Airbnb and it didn’t disappoint . Host gave us a flexible check in, we got to check in at 2pm instead of 4pm. Place was tidy and clean, hot tub was perfect. Host gave clear instructions with how to used things such as the blinds, hot tub etc.

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

Teresa was a lovely host, very friendly and communicative Sadly I had to cancel last minute, my fault not hers. But I would definitely love to stay there another time.

Absolutely amazing place with amazing hosts engage very well and couldn’t do enough to help us with regards to information to the local area and keeping us topped up with consumables i.e. coffee toilet rolls and towels ect , Lovely little place I would recommend to anybody , Thank you for the stay

Had a really great stay! The cabin was even better than expected. Really great location, immaculate condition. If you’re looking for a staycation by the sea I would highly recommend. Perfect for dogs with lots of places to walk. A comfortable and homely cabin to come back to.

what an amazing place to stay. the cabin is warm and cosy and looks out onto beautiful countryside. Annette and Russ have thought of everything you might need. the cabin is charming, bright and modern with lovely decorative touches. the welcome pack was a lovely touch too including biscuits for our dog. The cabin is in walking distance of Hardy Monument and lots of other places to explore. we loved staying here and will definitely be back. Annette and Russ were really lovely hosts. warm and friendly but not intrusive. lots of ideas of places to visit and walk. thank you for a brilliant stay.

We have visited and stayed in the New Forest many times as a family but this was by far our favourite stay at this wonderful Cabin in the woods! Michael is an extremely attentive host and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay. The welcome basket was an incredibly kind touch. The Cabin itself is just wonderful - extremely comfy beds, beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything you could need and beyond. It is well stocked with games for both indoors and outdoors which our children loved. But the location and surroundings are the real stand out - utterly idyllic in a peaceful and private patch of the forest. Our children loved being able to roam free and explore and an evening spent by the fire pit listening to the sound of birdsong will be etched in our memories forever. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here - book it now!! And we will definitely return as soon as we can.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and well-equipped guest house in Brockenhurst. The interior is modern with thoughtful details that made it feel very welcoming. Our son especially loved the sleeping area on the top level - a fun little hideaway for kids! The backyard is a peaceful spot to relax, with birds singing in the background adding to the charm. The railway is quite close to the house, which might be a consideration for light sleepers, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, a great place to stay - we'd definitely come back!

Firstly Host is really responsive, makes recommendations if requested, goes the extra mile with small touches like toiletry, kids toys, jam/buscuits, coffee etc. Place is spotless Location is quiet and not far from clubhouse Value is exception Chrissy was great, allowed an early and late check out if we wanted. I can’t speak highly enough about Jan’s lodge and the way she treated us as guests. Jan gave us very clear instructions in advance, and upon arrival we were greeted with a clean and homely accommodation which was very well equipped for all possible needs. Jan had gone to the trouble of leaving us some milk, wine, fruit and snacks, which was not expected but very much appreciated. We had one minor issue with one of the two toilets not filling with water but within 2 hours of reporting it, Jan had arranged for someone to come and fix it, very impressed! Outside the lodge was a lovely garden area and a deck to sit on, and we were greeted regularly by a number of birds, squirrels and even some rabbits, a very pleasant surrounding compared to the more suburban area we live in. The lodge is in an excellent place for easy travel to Poole/Bournemouth, Weymouth, Swanage, Monkey World, Tank Museum, etc, all no more than 30 mins drive. A highly recommended host and accommodation!

A lovely peaceful location, right in the far corner of a nice holiday park. Great if you want to be away from the more busier areas of the park. Seaside is in walking distance and the New Forest is a very short drive. The lodge itself has everything you need, very spacious for a 2 bed, and lovely big bathrooms. We would recommend this place.

a great place, the photos don't do it justice as it's really big in side and nice and modern, we loved the little touches like the decorations for Easter. It was really easy to get in with very clear instructions. Everything was really clean and all the bedding was really lovely quality. All in all a great stay, we'll definitely be going back. From start to finish this was the perfect choice. Particularly pleasing was cleanliness and that cleaning products were available. Decor and furniture were to our liking and slept well due in part to a comfortable mattress. In summary, would i stay again? Yes

We really enjoyed our stay, was a last min surprise for my partner's birthday - and Sarah was a great host - very responsive, and had thought of all the little details. The bed was super comfy, the heater and the electric blanket made it a lovely, cosy space. We ordered breakfast as well which was delicious and really good value. It felt slightly on the pricey side for what it was but appreciate it is quite a unique offering in the area and we booked quite last minute. Sarah helped with recommendations for where to eat out and nothing was too much trouble for her. We drove into Swanage / the beachfront as I was heavily pregnant but the distance was walkable. There were lots of fun things to do in town, even off season. The guest book was testament to how many other people had stayed and loved it as well - thank you so much!

we had a lovely stay, perfect location for trips to new forest and the beach, great selection of nearby restaurants. great amenities in the shorefield park, our daughter loved the entertainment, playground and swimming pools. we would stay again! just be aware that swimming pool passes need to be purchased separately.

fab place, quiet part of the park, great comfy lodge - the best can we have stayed in. The park was nice and well kept. the area is great, loads of easy to get to variety. And Lucy was quick and helpful when we messaged during and before our stay. Recommend

We spent two nights at Carolynn's property and they were truly a dream! Beautiful and idyllic surroundings, very well connected to all of the local hotspots (driving distance) and just overall a wonderful stay. We will almost definitely stay here again if we get the chance and we can't recommend taking the walk from Frampton up to Maiden Newton enough, a real slice of British countryside heaven! We had a wonderful few days at The Hyde. It was spotlessly clean & exactly like the photos. It’s a well deserved 5 stars for us, I honestly don’t think we’ve stayed anywhere better. Thank you Laura
