Excellent location, with sea views from the balcony, lounge and bedroom of our Edwardian flat. The two bed flat is roomy with fireplace, high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, king size bedroom and large back bedroom with 2 singles and 2 full size pull out beds. Linen supplied except towels. TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One family car space outside plus off street nearby free. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from all facilities No smoking in flat or balcony

''Pebbles'' is a cosy one bedroom self catering holiday home, situated on the ground floor of a lovely victorian terrace. Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorset's designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with glimpses of the sea, bay and hills. Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse. Suitable for couples/two people.

Swanage Bay Breeze

Swanage is an attractive seaside resort with a long sandy beach and a variety of activities including boat trips, fishing, sea rowing, bike hire, a diving centre and rides on the steam train linking Swanage with the historic village of Corfe Castle. This is also a wonderful walking area with beautiful views. The coastal path is only 5 minutes walk away with easy access to Durleston & walks along the coast westerly to Worth Matravers and Kimmeridge or easterly to Old Harry Rocks and Studland.

Stylish, beautifully decorated with king-size bed and a stunning en-suite shower room in Swanage. Located on a quiet residential road near the hospital and is a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the shops, restaurants , pubs and the beach. The Garden Room is at rear of main house and has its own front door and separate entrance so guests come and go as they please. Designated outside seating ( up steps). Parking on site. Continental breakfast is provided 8.30am. Check in 3pm checkout 10.00am.

Seascape is a bright, airy lodge tucked away at the edge of Swanage Bay View. Adjoining Townsend Nature Reserve it enjoys utter tranquillity and spectacular views over the bay, as seen on 'A Place in the Sun'. With its tasteful modern furnishings, central heating and double glazing, Seascape is cosy in winter, while in warmer weather, the large deck offers a panoramic view all the way to Corfe Castle. In addition, guests enjoy the amenities of SBV - all within a 15 min walk of the seafront!

Large & Sunny Apartment Boscombe, Bournemouth

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Spacious self-contained flat at one end of a large Purbeck stone family home set in a quiet area of Durlston on the edge of the country park. Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for up to 2 people) which doubles as a sofa. There is also a small kitchen.

With fantastic views to the sea it is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay in the delightful seaside town of Swanage.
