Houseboat in fantastic location

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with docks around. Single location in rural setting. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

Towels and bed linens are included in the cleaning fee. The WC and shower are modern and UP the hill, about 60 meters. Pets NOT allowed on Float. Also, please note: Once your visit has begun, I will not accept changes to your reservation. Shortening your stay takes booking opportunities away from other guests.

The houseboat is located right next to the Gothenburg Opera house, in the heart of Gothenburg, meaning it's walking distance to basically everything Gothenburg has to offer. Within 5 minutes you're at the central station, the mall, avenyn, restaurants, coffee shops etc etc... The location will make it easy for you to explore everything on your list, or to just enjoy the experience of living on a houseboat. The boat is more spacious than you think!
