The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.
