The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor near the Porta Marina. The location is optimal for those wishing to visit the beauties of this land, including Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede and take long walks enjoying the exceptional view of the sea of the Marina. It is also possible to reach wonderful seaside areas by choosing between a relaxing day at the beach or in one of the many solariums on the Ortigia seafront.

Casa Panco is a cozy, fully renovated apartment, where you can park for free both under the house and inside the condominium courtyard. Casa Panco can accommodate up to four people, two in the bedroom, two in the sofa bed and you can use the camping cot for free, for children up to two years old.
