Dionisio 6 is an elegant, cozy and warm ground floor apartment, located in the Jewish neighbourhood of "La Giudecca" in the heart of ORTIGIA, just 50 mt from the sea. Our loft has been completely renovated in 2021 through a careful conservative restoration using the highest quality materials in order to respect the characteristics of the ancient building in which it is located. Functionality and design have been mixed with the antiquity of the architectural structure.

La Terrazza

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor near the Porta Marina. The location is optimal for those wishing to visit the beauties of this land, including Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede and take long walks enjoying the exceptional view of the sea of the Marina. It is also possible to reach wonderful seaside areas by choosing between a relaxing day at the beach or in one of the many solariums on the Ortigia seafront.

Casa Panco

Casa Panco is a cozy, fully renovated apartment, where you can park for free both under the house and inside the condominium courtyard. Casa Panco can accommodate up to four people, two in the bedroom, two in the sofa bed and you can use the camping cot for free, for children up to two years old. The apartment overlooks the centuries-old trees that frame Piazza Santa Lucia where the Church and the Sepolcro of the patron saint stand.
