Loft holiday rentals in Syracuse

Small apartment with everything you need and all the comforts to stay well. Rosanna was always available and active. I also specify that you did not waste time when a few days before my arrival, after the air conditioning failure, you immediately bought a new air conditioner, always updating me on the developments. She has always made sure that everything could be at its best. I had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, close to cafes, shops, market, various restaurant neighborhoods and also the beach. I traveled alone and did not feel insecure at any time, all the streets have cameras and most of the people circling are tourists, I saw few really local people strolling or living there, so the energy is very touristy. I stayed for 7 days and managed to explore the city a lot, and I could always do a pit-stop in the house to get water, go to the bathroom, etc. It is a very good convenience and a very good "luxury" when you are traveling and walking a lot, to be able to stop for a while to rest. But I didn't go on vacation, I worked remotely every day, and it's worth noting that the internet worked great for even video calls. The accommodation is also good and cozy, the air conditioning works well, the kitchen is very complete with cooking utensils.

We had a very pleasant stay at Francesco's, the accommodation is a 10min walk from Ortygie on a quiet street outside ZTL and where parking is free and easy. The best of the best: the free boat tour offered by Francesco (very accommodating and responsive) which allowed us to visit the caves of Syracuse and enjoy a time swimming in the turquoise water! I recommend

We absolutely loved our stay in Marco’s apartment. It features a separate living room/ kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable, well-sized bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the soaring 4-meter ceiling—rare in modern buildings—adds to the apartment’s charm. The location is excellent, with numerous great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Ortigia is also easily accessible, about a 10-minute walk along a pleasant street. During our visit in late February, we had no trouble finding free parking on a small street, Via Marsala, just 50 meters from the entrance.

Tiziano was an excellent host and has a beautiful apartment. The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes, but have so much privacy and peace. Only challenge, was parking bc the city does not allow you to park in that area. IT's about a 10 minute walk to a garage and Tiziano provided many options on where we could safely park w/out any issues.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Casa Scina was in a great location, was spacious and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our needs. The upstairs loft was a little challenging for my husband who is 6 foot 1 , because the ceiling is a little low. Besides that, we loved this place. Highly recommend! Just note the ceiling if you are tall.

We stayed 1 night O’scià loft and absolutely enjoyed it. The loft is lovely, decorated with lots of love for detail and super clean. Maria was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions and needs. The breakfast for the next day was great as well. Overall really enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend the loft and Maria as a host. Thanks a lot!

The studio had everything I needed, very close to the center a too free parking and very quiet at night also. I recommend!
