The apartment is located within the Plemmirio natural park, a popular destination for underwater and water sports enthusiasts and being located 100 meters from the sea is also convenient for families, couples and small groups. A beachfront spot right at the end of the street, an equipped beach with a restaurant within walking distance, bars and small markets in the surrounding area make the atmosphere comfortable, relaxing and holiday-maker. In 10 min. drive to Ortigia.

"LA TERRAZZA SUL BORGO DI ORTIGIA" Holiday Home is located on the enchanting island of Ortigia, near the pretty Piazza della Graziella. It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

Located in an ancient stately home, through the internal stairs you access the room with adjacent terrace, complete with all the comforts and recently renovated. The room is a few meters from the Cathedral of Noto, Palazzo Ducezio and the fantastic Palazzo Nicolaci. It is about 8 km from the sea, 10 km from the Vendicari Oasis and 30 km from the city of Syracuse. Easily accessible from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (about 50 minutes by road).

Villa Cava with pool is an exclusive villa nestled in Noto countryside, a short distance from the main beaches and art cities of the region. The ground floor, embellished with black stone floors and ancient majolica tiles, includes an elegantly furnished living area and a veranda overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills, equipped with outdoor furniture for our guests’ total relaxation. The Pool is closed from 15 November to 15 April.

Nestled in the hills of the Iblei Mountains, where fauna and flora still accurately reflect the ancient Sicilian tradition (ancient olive trees, carob, almond trees and vines) stands this old building, built in the first half of 1700 with mainly agricultural. It consisted of stables, millstone for processing grapes and trappeto for the processing of olives and therefore the production of oil.
