The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the living room has a wide sofa bed, 2 extra mattresses in the storage room and a crib for the smallest. Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. There is a great restaurant in the same building and many good places to eat nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling alley, Metso library next door, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. A 15-minute walk to the train and bus stations or a few minutes by tram.

Best location! Modern 5th floor apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and small sauna in the heart of Tampere. Suitable for 1 person, 1-2 couples, a family with children or a group of max. 6 people: Please note that the apartment is 45 square meters and the floor plan is open. The apartment has a double bed (L:160cm) and a sofa bed (L:140cm). In addition, it is possible to sleep on a couch and an air mattress (+ a travel cot for children). The building has a roof terrace and often a parking space on weekends. Ask for more!

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.
