The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the living room has a wide sofa bed, 2 spare mattresses in the storage room and a crib for the smallest. Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. There is a great restaurant in the same building and many good places to eat nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling alley, Metso library next door, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. Train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by tram.

The dining area features a large wooden table surrounded by matching chairs, set against floral wallpaper. A charming fireplace is located in one corner, and several framed artworks adorn the walls. Warm light is provided by a candle on the table.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yards near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen and a lush garden in summer. Good connections to the city center, the university and the Nokia Arena, which is about 10 minutes' walk. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a place for you who love the atmosphere of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in the shell of an old house, I recommend choosing a hotel.

For a short or longer stay, a lovely wooden apartment renovated with love, with plenty of eye candy and a cozy atmosphere. A quiet apartment with free parking spaces, with good transport connections from all directions and a quick walk to the center. Onnibus stop a couple of hundred meters away and the arena is less than 2km away on foot. If climbing up to the balcony is scary, there is also a futon sofa that can be spread out under it, which can also be prepared on request.
